Job description for Admin Data Process and Content update [must excellent in Excel] at PT Sinergi Performa Cipta
Requirements:
- D3/S1 any major, fresh graduated are welcome
- Experience as admin min 1year
- Excellent and accustomed in using/operating MS Excel (formula: vlookup, sumifs, countifs, averagifs, index, choose, pivot table, chart and pivot chart)
- Able to summarized data, data analysis.
- Familiar in using laptop especially through Microsoft Office application / Google Workspace, especially Excel / Sheet.
- Understand the application of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot, COUNTIF in Excel / Sheet
- Domicile/reside in Yogyakarta (or willing to work based in Yogyakarta)
- certified fast Typing (make sure typing test minimum 50 WPM, Accuracy >90%, using online typing test)
- Willing to work in shift, random days off, must live/base in Yogyakarta.
Note: active in some organization / leading organization and-or events, and willing to work in field to collect data from customer would be advantage
Job Scope:
- Fill in information merchant on the system,
- Create menu list on system,
- Create campaign or promotion,
- Setup pax app homepage
