Job Description:
As an Account Manager, you will be the bridge between clients and our internal teams. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing projects efficiently, and ensuring all client needs are met effectively. You will also collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Managing client relationships and serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understanding client needs and goals, and clearly communicating them to internal teams.
- Coordinating and managing projects from conception to completion.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintaining smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
- Providing regular updates to clients on project progress.
- Actively seeking new clients or job prospects within existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services within existing clients
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Account Manager or a related position in the creative agency industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of the creative industry and current trends.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve quickly.
