Job description for Account Manager Keuangan at TRNP Law Firm
Main responsibility :
Handling the entire financial administration, taxation and payroll activities
Maintenance of daily and monthly petty cash
Maintenance of bank deposits, general ledgers and financial statements
Responsible for making annual budgeting
Making invoice and reimbursement
Manage all payment documents and evidence with the proper filing system
Other assignments entrusted by Partner & Managing Partner
Requirements :
Min. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (finance/accountancy/banking or equivalent major preferred) from a reputable university
GPA min. 3.00
Minimum 2 years experience in a related position is an advantage
Deep understanding of accounting, payroll and taxation, Microsoft Office (especially proficient in Excel)
Self-leadership, good conflict management and resilience
Fluent in English both oral and written
Able to work under pressure and a tight schedule
