Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, and achieving sales targets. The Account Executive will serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns that may arise. This role requires a strong understanding of our products/services, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact
Understand client needs and objectives, and propose solutions that align with their goals
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services to existing clients
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products/services and their benefits
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to provide strategic insights
Resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system
Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives set by the company
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel for client meetings, as needed
