Job role summary
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking events, and referrals.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching and closing deals. Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Understand their goals and objectives to effectively meet their needs.
- Needs Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, marketing objectives, and creative requirements. Translate these insights into creative briefs.
- Proposal Development: Create persuasive proposals and presentations that showcase our agency's capabilities and solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular reports to the management team.
