Established in 2004, TALKINC is an educational institution focusing on communication and self-development aspects. As part of our responsibility towards the nation, TALKINC is registered and supervised by the Jakarta City Education Office (Suku Dinas Pendidikan Kota Jakarta) and the Republic of Indonesia's Ministry of Manpower (Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republic Indonesia).
