Description
PT Lentera Sukses Asia is an education and youth development company focused on equipping young people with the skills, confidence, and mindset they need to thrive in the 21st century.
Through SAY21, we work in partnership with Singapore based Livesmart Asia Pte Ltd, delivering dynamic training experiences for youths and parents across Indonesia while being part of a regional network operating in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Our programs go beyond traditional classroom learning. We combine youth development, communication, leadership, goal setting, learning strategies, family relationships, and personal growth through highly interactive workshops, seminars, camps, and continuous development programs.
Our team does much more than work behind a desk. We train, present, create content, meet families, organize events, build communities, and travel across cities and countries to make an impact.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for people who want to grow with us. People who want to develop themselves as trainers, communicators, leaders, and professionals while gaining opportunities to work across different cities and countries in Asia.
This is a place to learn, grow, lead, and build an international career.
