Job description for Digital Marketing Officer at SAY21

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to set up, monitor, and improve paid advertising campaigns. Paid ads will be your main responsibility. SEO will be a secondary part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and launch Meta Ads campaigns

• Monitor campaign spending, delivery, leads, and cost per lead daily

• Adjust budgets, audiences, and creatives based on performance

• Work with the sales team to identify which campaigns produce confirmed customers

• Keep campaign reports and budget trackers accurate and up to date

• Spot performance issues early and propose practical improvements

• Research competitor ads and suggest new ideas to test

• Set up basic SEO for website pages, including keyword research, page titles, and descriptions

• Monitor search performance and coordinate website improvements

Requirements

• Experience setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns

• Able to read campaign data and make decisions based on results

• Strong attention to detail when managing budgets and reports

• Basic SEO knowledge and the ability to implement on page improvements

• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with feedback

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia

• English proficiency is an advantage
