Our company, PT HUANENG NEW MATERIAL, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co., Ltd., established in 2024, located in the Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP) in the central part of Halmahera Island, North Maluku Province, Indonesia, covering an area of 71,200 square meters, totaling 106.87 mu. The park includes facilities such as battery-grade ternary precursor plant, product warehouse, wastewater treatment, raw material dissolution, and raw material warehouse. The geological conditions and supporting facilities in the area are ideal, which can meet the power supply, water supply, and drainage needs of this project.

Our company is mainly engaged in the investment, construction, and operation of the battery-grade ternary precursor project. We produce battery-grade ternary precursors using raw materials such as nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, manganese sulfate, and caustic soda. The process consists of auxiliary material preparation, synthesis, filtration and washing, drying, screening and iron removal, and mixing and packaging, as well as supporting facilities.
