Basamo Group is a diversified holding company operating in two strategic sectors: Food and Energy. We manage several subsidiaries under each cluster to serve national needs and support sustainable development.

FOOD CLUSTER

1. Basamo Rasa
   A national distributor of sugar, partnering with major sugar producers such as SAMORA Group, PG KBA, and Madukismo. We support Indonesia’s goal of sugar self-sufficiency by 2030.
2. Basamo Manis
   A bioethanol producer converting molasses and sugarcane juice into fuel-grade ethanol. With an initial capacity of 15,000 KL (scalable to 30,000 KL), we support Pertamina’s 5% bioethanol blending program and develop modern sugarcane plantations in East Java (3,000–20,000 ha).
3. AWE Birdnest
   Specializes in cleaning and packaging edible bird’s nests for export to China. Sourcing from Kalimantan and Sulawesi, our facility processes up to 10 tons annually with planned expansion to 20 tons.
4. Rasa Corp
   A food distribution company serving 5,000+ partners across Java, offering essential commodities such as sugar, garlic, onions, rice, cooking oil, and milk with reliable and competitive logistics.
5. Kecap Korma
   An iconic soy sauce brand established in 1948, known for its authentic black soybean fermentation. Under Basamo Group, Korma is expanding nationwide with a target production of 10 million KL by 2030.
6. KBS by RASA
   A catering service provider for Oil, Mining & Gas sectors and hospitals. Fully halal, nutritious, and timely—serving clients like YILI, Pertamina, Hyundai-LG, and RS Fatmawati.

ENERGY CLUSTER

1. Abad Resources
   A nickel mining contractor operating in Southeast and Central Sulawesi, managing up to 40,000 WMT/month. Backed by experienced teams and a professional mining management system.
2. Abad Nikel
   Focuses on the trading of limonite and saprolite nickel ores with major industrial buyers. Prioritizing quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.
3. Nusabara Power
   An Independent Power Producer (IPP) with 30 MW of diesel power plants in Batam and Lombok. We aim to expand into renewable energy to contribute to Indonesia’s Net Zero 2060 commitment.
