Position:Senior Account Executive (Full-time)
Location: C2 Cao Thị Chính, Phú Thuận ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Role Summary:
The Senior Account Executive will be instrumental in managing and expanding client relationships, ensuring the delivery of strategic marketing solutions, and achieving business objectives through effective leadership and flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
This role demands exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to swiftly coordinate client communications with appropriate teams to facilitate prompt and efficient project execution.
Act as the principal contact for all accounts, fostering long-term relationships with strategic planning and personalized engagement.
Enhance client satisfaction and agency profitability.
Monitor key account metrics, report quarterly sales results, and provide forecasts to optimize business planning.
Thoroughly understand each client’s business objectives and challenges, work with teams to present marketing strategies to align with the client’s goals.
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Provide strategic insights to the senior management team on client relationship progress and potential barriers to new business growth.
Ensure effective collaboration across agency departments to meet client needs and deliver on project objectives promptly.
Reporting and Administration:
Maintain detailed account records, ensuring all client interactions are documented in the CRM system for streamlined communication and service delivery.
Prepare detailed client reports, offering regular updates to both the client and internal leadership on campaign success and areas for improvement.
Superior English communication skills, with a proven track record of developing key client relationships and successfully managing complex projects.
Responsible, proactive, trustworthy
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 - 4 years of significant experience in account management within a digital marketing or advertising environment.
Advanced proficiency in digital marketing across various platforms.
Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and decision-making.
Demonstrable leadership capabilities that inspire team cooperation and drive client-focused outcomes.
