- Develop and execute the business strategy plan, responsible for developing sales through the agent and affiliate channels.
- Reach out, search, and develop a network of sales channels to distribute educational products to parents and students.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with agents and partners while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Set sales targets and guide the agent, partner, and affiliate sales representatives to achieve revenue goals.
- Prepare affiliate sales policies and promotional programs to attract and enhance the effectiveness of the sales team and users.
- Analyze the performance of the affiliate and business development teams, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on affiliate sales projects.
- Conceptualize, prepare, and conduct appropriate sales documents and programs for partners and agents.
- Support recruitment and be responsible for training, developing, coaching, evaluating, and motivating the sales force on sales activities and performance.
- Research and report on the market, competitors, and relevant industries to come up with business development strategies and propose innovative solutions to improve sales productivity.
