● Become a champion for user-centric design. As our company gets bigger, we need
dedicated designers focused on a specific area in the product. You'll be in conversations
constantly reminding us to put the users first.
● Ship features designed entirely by you. You’ll be expected to take ownership of all your
work. You'll need to collaborate closely with engineers, PM's, and BA's, to ensure that user
goals are met and design specs are delivered. Of course, other designers (and the rest of
the team!) will support you every step of the way, but we're not looking for people that just
● Shape the direction of our products. Your work now will likely be influential for years to
come. You may be working on improving an existing feature, conceptualizing something
new, or fundamentally rethinking how something works. You will have plenty of
opportunities to bring new perspectives to your team.
● Contribute to our design language. Products move faster when there is a common design
language and style guide so that designers can spend more time on more important things
instead of ensuring all the dropdowns look and behave consistently.
