- Play a business partnership role in driving end-to-end recruitment process for non-managerial level of the assigned portfolio including sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing offer proposal and conducting reference check.
- Liaise with external recruiters on recruitment strategies.
- Work closely with department managers to identify the suitability of candidates.
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as monthly orientation, training sessions and workshops.
- Provide guidance and support to new team members to well adapt to company culture.
- Provide professional advice on team members enquiries such as company policies, culture and value.
- Be the social committee member in the local office and work with a cross functional team to plan and organize company-wide activities such as annual dinner, wellness activities, team building to enhance employee relations and engagement.
- Partner with People & Capability Manager to handle team member issues.
- Support People & Capability Manager to facilitate the annual performance review program by ensuring all the reviews are completed according to agreed timeline and participate in team member performance improvement plans.
- Support C&B team on payroll and other C&B-related administration task.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on supporting local office administration.
- Well versed with local employment legislation.
- Good knowledge of HRIS, experience in SAP SuccessFactors will be advantageous.
