- Post jobs, search for talented candidates, create recruitment sources;
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment;
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client;
- Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates;
- Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond;
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities;
- Arrange & follow up on interviews and tests;
- Other tasks required by higher HR Manager/ Team Lead.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field;
- Minimum over 1 year of experience in Recruitment Role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Ability to adapt to recruitment-related tools, and work in an English environment.
- 15+ days off;
