- Assist with recruitment efforts, including arranging interviews, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems.
- Process new hire paperwork, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR database.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials for new hires.
- Coordinate employee relations activities, including leaves of absence, performance management, and terminations.
- Draft, prepare and send offer letters for new hires.
- Provide administrative support to HR leadership.
- Manage probation contracts and transition employees to employment contracts.
- Handle the offboarding process for departing employees, including collecting company property and finalizing payroll.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a human resources or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Experience with HR systems a plus.
