- Managing a team of Real Estate Officers to reach the target by appointed regions
- Acquiring basic familiarity and knowledge of the geographic profile relevant to the business development thrust of the region.
- Conducting site mapping together with the Real Estate Officers and Operation Regional/ Area Manager to identify possible sites for the following years.
- Conducting market assessment by preparing market map, taking note of developments in the market, establishing market forecast and store models considering cannibalization impact to existing stores. Develops entry strategy, discuss and get consensus of Operations Managers.
- Conducting trade area assessment based on the prepared TA map and site ranking as a result of the traffic count process done in established counting zones.
- Preparing forecast and collaborate with other stakeholders for doing investment summary for new stores.
- Implementing site negotiation follow the rental rates to help the project become viable. Monitors timely site turnover and ensures readiness of site for construction or renovation
- Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to commit the project timeline
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5-year experience in site selection & acquisition of retails industry and specifically in leasing field.
- English fluency in both of communication and Written
- Good computer skills in MS Office: Power Point and Excel
