- Handle incoming calls from customers and contact customers based on available appointments (customers brought in by the marketing team or direct contact with the company).
- Provide support, advice, and clarification to customers regarding the company's services.
- Work directly with English-First-Language customers.
- Perform other assigned tasks from management.
- Fluency in English (mandatory), IELTS score of 7.0 or above (including a minimum of 7.0 in listening and speaking) or candidate have lived/studied/worked in English-speaking countries are preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer care/financial services.
- College degree or higher.
- Clear and articulate voice without regional accents when speaking English.
- Age range: 22-33, good health.
- Strong problem-solving and situational analysis skills.
- Proficient in office computer skills and quick to adapt to software handling.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and work effectively both independently and in a team.
