- Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively guide qualified leads through each stage of the sales pipeline. Through clear communication and presentations, demonstrate how our products or services address their specific challenges and deliver value.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential customers through various communication channels. Actively listen to their needs and cultivate trust through a consultative approach.
- Collaboration: Work cohesively with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies. Collaborate with pre-sale technical consultants to address client's technical inquiries. Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to account managers and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.
- Minimum of 2 of experience in a BDR or related sales development role/account management or lead generation roles
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English/ Japanese
- 2 years of experience in IT industry
- Proven success in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize lead generation strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (specify any required software)
