- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and expand in foreign markets, specifically in the APEC, EU, and US regions.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- Leverage a strong professional network to generate new business leads and partnerships. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives. Implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure cohesive and strategic market approaches.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a team lead or manager role within the IT outsourcing industry.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing business in international markets, particularly in the APEC, EU, and US regions.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing successful sales teams.
- Preference for candidates who have been top sales performers or have achieved top performance recognition in previous roles.
- Strong networking capabilities with a robust network of industry contacts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
