Job description for UX Designer at SotaTek
- Understand product specifications and user data research to inform design decisions.
- Conduct user and product data research to gather insights.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes aligned with system needs.
- Research creative solutions to UX problems, focusing on usability and findability.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to BA/UI designers and developers.
- Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
- Work performance review 2 times/ year (in April and October);

- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Fluent in communicating in English.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture principles.
- Proficient in design software and frameworks, particularly Figma.
- Excellent communication and interpretation skills.
- Degree in design, computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus.
