- Market analysis, includes customers market & our competitors, then indicate sales direction.
- Formulate sales policies, practices and procedures. Builds forecast, plan and budget, and performs sale activities and accomplish goal
- Establishes and negotiates selling price based on costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Business development and marketing strategies for mid and long term

- University degree in Business Management; Marketing or a related field;
- At least 3 years experience in Sales strategy, business development.
- Skills: Problem- solving and analytical, presentation, planning and organizational, communication.
- Character: Honest, Trustful, careful, enthusiastic.
- English: Listening, speaking, reading, writing skills are fluency.
