We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to help us create a cohesive workforce that understands how to work efficiently and meet the company goals. Your role as a training manager is to develop, implement, and oversee training programs that help our people acquire new skills, knowledge, essential competencies and attitudes to meet the demands of the company to achieve our goals.
I. The specific responsibilities include
– Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans, training materials, and online resources;
– Design and develop training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids;
– Deliver training programs that align with the company's objectives, including sessions in-person or virtually, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience;
– Stay abreast of trends and good practices in training, e-learning, personal and professional development;
– Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and participant feedback;
– Monitor and track training metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives;
– Partner with external vendors and subject matter experts to deliver specialized training programs;
– Improve training programs continuously based on feedback and evaluation results to identify and deliver innovative training services;
– Build up and control training budget on prioritizing courses to provide the best value for money, and keep track of training expenses;
– Execute other reasonable tasks requested by your line manager or the Executive Director;
– Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related field;
– Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role;
– Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;
– Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software;
– Strong organizational and project management skills;
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to cultural and organizational differences;
– 02 months salary for personal target and more;
