Job description for Talent Acquisition Advisor at Indicia Worldwide
- Partnering with hiring managers, senior leads, and the global Talent Acquisition team to create talent attraction strategies and build a talent pipeline in line with current and future business needs
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process from talent sourcing, talent attraction, and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved
- Effectively utilizing all sources available and maximizing opportunities for passive candidate attraction and engagement
- Always on the lookout for creative, innovative, and cost-effective sourcing channels and techniques to attract top talent to Indicia Worldwide
- Implementing and executing candidate engagement initiatives
- Acting as a first point of contact and talent ambassador for Indicia Worldwide internally and externally
- Maintaining timely and accurate information on our internal systems
- Involvement in ad hoc projects as required and agreed with the line manager
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, sharing insights with the business stakeholders
- Working with stakeholders and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. This includes taking initial briefs on the role, advising, and guiding on best practices, challenging and influencing if needed and updating on progress throughout the process
- Ensuring all candidates receive a positive recruitment experience with Indicia Worldwide, regardless of the outcome
- Providing in-depth and constructive feedback to candidates, both negative and positive
- Adapting to the different cultures and standard practices across all regions
- Partnering closely with the business stakeholders to understand their requirements and business objectives, offering innovative recruitment solutions
- Actively contributing ideas to talent-related content of Indicia Worldwide’s social media channels
- Consistently promoting and highlighting the Indicia Worldwide social channels to candidates and current employees
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruiting/resourcing in a fast-paced environment across multiple departments, specialisms, and regions
- Proven experience in successfully sourcing and recruiting high-caliber talent across the Southeast Asia region is a must
- Proven ability to build strong professional relationships and trust with business leads, hiring teams and candidates at all levels
- Passionate about creative sourcing techniques
- Solid knowledge of recruitment practices and processes
- Ability to communicate in English effectively verbally and in writing
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Structured approach, analytical mindset
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Vietnamese/Thai is preferable
