Job description for Social Media Executive at Algorithmics
- Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
- Managing queries and messages, replying to people and engaging with audiences, known as community management
- Collaborating with Graphic Designer and Video Editor to ensure that posts are engaging.
- Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.
- Build community fanpages and groups for the target audience
- Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
- Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.
- Writing other contents that are assigned
- Bi-weekly / monthly / quarterly social media report
- Other tasks are assigned by HoM
- Bonus is applied based on KPIs

- Have at least 06 months of hands-on experience in similar position
- Fluent in English
- Experience with B2C social media, community marketing
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Creative, Dynamic, Flexible and Willing to learn
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
