- Coordinate and track the daily activities of the warehouse. Prepare documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Manage, process, and invoice retail orders on the company's system and e-commerce platforms. Support to answer customer questions related to orders.
- Managing domestic and international shipping by container, LTL; handling shipping-related issues.
- Inventory management, inventory control planning, purchase planning for each quarter.
- Make related reports to superiors weekly and monthly.
- Coordinate relevant departments to ensure the company's operations are effective.
- Possess a University/College degree
- Good in reading and writing English
- More 1 years relevant working experience in Logistics, Export-Import or Retail Market
- Experience in inventory, stock, distribution, and replenishment planning of materials and products.
- Familiarity with SOPs and Guidelines. Ability to read, understand, and grasp the issues and accurately implement the requirements from SOPs
- Experiences with ERP, Odoo, and EDI systems, and well-handling communication with system supporters is a plus.
- Experiences with E-commerce websites (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Shopee, Target, …) is a plus
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
