Job description for Senior Copywriter at PMAX
- Outstanding creative quality
- Ideate and execute creative ideas for client marketing campaign in an efficient manner
- Work independently and collaboratively with art directors, visual designers, writers, producers, videographers, technologists and studio/production (print, video, online)…to develop ideas, refine concepts and ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met
- Collaborating with the strategy, concept and account function to consult and advise clients to help frame up their problem
- Understanding insight on creative briefs and schedules/communication plan, being able to design content plan, roadmap, angle ideas …
- Leading agency presentations when required and possible, both in new business pitches and current client creative run-throughs.
- Inspiring, managing and operating copywriting teams and its support services to develop an effective and profitable creative product that delivers on relevant client and market needs.
- Accountable for checking all content being advertised.
- Help organize, maintain, and oversee creative standards and guidelines
- Mentor and onboard other writers as needed
- Prioritize workload and manage time effectively – personally and for the team as needed
- Worked as senior copywriter role for 2+ years, at least 5 years as copywriter or content writer.
- Strong, award winning portfolio that showcases memorable creative across media
- Highly creative and imaginative.
- Has good written ( clear, concise, engaging) and interpersonal skills.
- An eye for detail and works well under pressure, works well within tight deadlines, for multiple projects.
- Have an interest in commerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques
- Show more collaboration, not too much ego. Have good judgment, maturity, and enthusiasm.
- Flexible and adaptive to meet changing needs or direction
- Typically reports to CM
- Good in English is a must
