We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Tour Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a deep understanding of Vietnam's tourism industry. This role involves designing, promoting, and selling travel experiences and packages to both new and existing members of our community. The Sales Tour Specialist will work closely with our marketing team to increase tour sales and enhance our platform's visibility and engagement.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for travel packages and experiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and local communities.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and patience.
Organize and participate in travel events, workshops, and community meetups to promote the platform and our services.
Provide insightful feedback from clients and partners to improve our offerings and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Strong understanding of Vietnam's tourism market and cultural nuances.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to travel within Vietnam as required.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
