Job description for Sales Manager / Key Account Manager at OUJI VIETNAM
- The Sales Manager - is mainly responsible for managing and developing distributors, retailers, partner network in offline channel and other B2B customers. He/she will be accountable for the offline market development, achieving sales target and P&L of the accounts.
- Expand new accounts, list in Retailers and get new Distributors within 2-3 first months (must)
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Most recent working experience at same position in Unilever, Wipro Unza or Lixco will be a huge plus
- Required language(s): English. Able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Have network / relationship with retail systems in Vietnam (must).
- Have FMCG background with at least 3 to 5 years successful experience in sales offline (at least with Senior Level). Experience in household cleaning products is strongly preferred.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

- Competitive Monthly Salary up to 150 Mil - 180 Mil gross (negotiable basing on real experience and knowledge)
