Job description for QHSE Officer at Manpower Group Vietnam
- Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures in accordance with local, national, and international regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement (included warehouse)
- Collaborate with management and department heads to establish measurable QHSE objectives and targets.
- Preventing contamination of food ingredient products by identifying and controlling potential hazards in the warehouse storage and handing process.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and analyze QHSE performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain documentation and records related to QHSE activities, including incident reports, inspection findings, and corrective actions.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, customers, and other stakeholders on QHSE matters as required.
- Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification activities for new projects, processes, and facilities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in QHSE performance through communication, training, and recognition programs.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
- English reading comprehension skill
- Proven experience working in a QHSE role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret QHSE data.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in quality control, food safety, or a related field within the F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and industry standards
