Job description for Oversees Business Manager at Glints's Clients
- Develop and execute overseas business strategies, understanding target clients, competitors, and industry trends to align with company goals.
- Manage client relationships, including existing and potential clients, ensuring regular communication to understand their needs and expectations for customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the headquarters to ensure alignment of overseas business with overall company strategy.
- Risk management and compliance, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations while identifying and addressing potential risks.
- Market research to understand local market demand and consumer behavior, providing insights for product or service improvements and marketing strategies.
- Education and Experience: Associate degree or above, with at least 5 years of overseas work experience and strong business development capabilities. Must hold a valid driver's license with extensive driving experience to safely and proficiently drive in oversees markets.
- Skills and Abilities: Rich experience in overseas business development, including network channel development, face-to-face negotiations with major clients, and offline exhibitions. Strong ability to maintain relationships with major clients. Excellent communication, understanding, and expression skills with clear logical thinking and exceptional execution.
- Personal Traits: Good image, outgoing personality, optimism, and enthusiasm, with a drive for self-improvement and passion.
