Job description for Nihaoma Tuyển dụng vị trí HR INTERN FULL-TIME at Công Ty TNHH Nhm Việt Nam
- Support the HR team in scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases;
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements on suitable platforms;
- Participate in initial candidate screening and coordination of interview processes.
- Support to prepare and manage employee records and documents;
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, including preparing welcome packages, conducting inductions, etc;
- Support to prepare paperwork for employees: Offer letter, Contract and Annex.
- Support the HR team in maintaining and updating HR systems and databases.
- Current or recent enrollment in a related Bachelor's degree;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;
- Proficiency in Google suite;
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
