Job description for Nhân Viên Phát Triển Kinh Doanh - Business Development Executive at CÔNG TY TNHH HIIP
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets;
- Approach potential leads, conduct meetings, prepare proposals and follow up to close deals with big & medium customers;
- Understanding client needs and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supports;
- Collaborate with Campaign Operation team to execute campaigns and ensure the best quality of service;
- Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues
- Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction;
- Collaborate with leader to secure, retain, and grow accounts;
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
- Make sales reports and keep records of sales, revenue, database, invoice, liquidation,etc…;
- Participate training and coaching scheme
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; execute and maintain short- and long-term business development plans;
- Meeting all Quotas/KPIs for calls, appointments, pitches, sales, collecting payment, etc…

- Skills: Telesales Skills, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Collaboration Skills, Negotiation Skills, Project Management Skills
- Hard-working, Patient, Punctual, Proactive
- Having Social Media and Marketing knowledge is a good advantage
- English (spoken & written) is required
- Have at least 1 year in the same level with proven sales records
- Location: PLS Building, 5th Floor, 240 Nguyen Dinh Chinh, Ward 11, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC
- Working time: 9:00 -18:00 from Monday to Friday
