Job description for Nhân Viên Kế Toán (Accountant) at Intercontinential Entertainment
- Manage and ensure all daily financial transactions (including expenses, imports, exports, and accounts receivable and payable) are recorded.
- Responsible for internal audit and control to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial activities.
- Monitor and track the balance between detailed accounting figures and summaries.
- Validates the month end accounts ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the reported results.
- Ensure tax reports are prepared in compliance with applicable Tax regulations in Vietnam.
- Preparation and ensure accuracy/ legality of VAT, personal income tax (PIT), and corporate income tax (CIT) declarations
- Compile reports on the usage of invoices.
- Prepare a balance sheet of account balances for the year.
- Complete CIT and PIT settlement declarations.
- Create financial reports.
- Keep updated hand book according to regulations (cash, bank, inventory reports, detailed ledger, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Accountant, General Accountant, or related field
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English languages
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
