Job Description:
- Phản hồi tất cả các yêu cầu của khách hang đến tham quan và mua sắm một cách chuyên nghiệp, lịch sự và kịp thời, đóng vai trò là nguồn thông tin chính cho khách tìm kiếm thông tin, trợ giúp hoặc vị trí các cửa hàng.
Respond to all visitor inquiries in a professional, courteous and timely manner, serving as the primary source for visitors seeking information, assistance or store locations.
- Hỗ trợ Ban Quản lý Trung tâm trong việc truyền thông và triển khai tất cả các sáng kiến và chương trình khuyến mãi về tiếp thị và truyền thông, hỗ trợ quảng bá và thực hiện các chương trình này khi cần thiết.
Support Centre Management in the communication and implementation of all marketing and PR initiatives and promotions, assisting in the promotion and activation of such programs where required.
- Thông báo cho Ban Quản lý Trung tâm, đặc biệt là Trưởng phòng Quản lý Quan hệ Khách hàng về bất kỳ phản hồi và xu hướng nào của khách hàng liên quan đến Crescent Mall.
Advise Centre Management, and in particular the CRM Manager, on any customer feedback and trends in relation to Crescent Mall.
- Nhận và gửi các phiếu Đánh giá của Khách hàng cho Quản lý cấp trên.
Collect and forward Customer Comment Cards to the line Manager.
- Tham gia tích cực vào bất kỳ khóa đào tạo và phát triển nào.
Actively participate in any training and development.
- Thông báo cho Nhân viên phòng Vận hành về bất kỳ vấn đề nào cần được chú ý.
Advise Operational staff on any issues requiring attention.
- Làm việc với các khách hàng khó tính một cách bình tĩnh và hiệu quả.
Deal with people in distress in a calm and effective manner.
- Duy trì Quầy Dịch vụ Khách hàng sạch sẽ và chuyên nghiệp mọi lúc.
Maintain the Customer Service Desk in a clean and professional manner at all times.
- Các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi Quản lý cấp trên.
Other duties as delegated from time to time by the line Manager.
Qualifications:
- College or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or relevant fields
- Previous customer service/ guest service/ reception experience is preferred
- Ability to communicate to a broad range of visitors in a pleasant, friendly manner
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, in both Vietnamese and English to an advanced level
- Proficiency on software programmes including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and mobile apps.
- Impeccable telephone manner, articulate and polite at all times
- Knowledge on operation of standard office equipment
- Sound experience working in a customer-focused and fast-paced professional environment
- Positive, energetic, accommodating, and go-for-it attitude
- Must be flexible, being able to work nights (latest shift will end at 10:15PM), weekends, and holidays
Working Hours:
- Work in shifts
- Shift 1: 9:30 - 17:30
- Shift 2: 11:30 - 19:30
- Shift 3: 14:15 - 22:15
- Work 6 days/week
