AS A MARKETING MANAGER BLOCKCHAIN, YOU'LL NEED TO:
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our products
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and socials that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Monitor and approve marketing materials from marketing executive, performance according to KPIs
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Twitter, YouTube, Medium and LinkedIn
- Deep understanding of community building platforms, especially Telegram and Discord
- Experience working in marketing for crypto or Defi projects, Gamefi or NFT project
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. English IETLS
- Experience as a marketing manager at a technology company, with proven results and references.
- Have knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency is a plus point
- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Twitter and other social media platforms
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Excellent understanding of spoken and written English.
- Proven ability to to use social media to maintain or build a brand, with experience
- In everything from twitter threads, to product marketing, to memes
- Good presentation skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing skills; proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage work according to project
