Job description for Marcom Position - Marketing & Communication at Công Ty TNHH Kim Liên Hà Nội
- Develop and manage content for all owned social media platforms to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
- Plan and direct communication strategies for products annually, semi-annually, quarterly, monthly, and per campaign, including budget management and reporting.
- Provide strategic marketing communications advice and direction to the executive team.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activity.
- Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.
- Regularly update and manage social media content calendars, ensuring a consistent flow of information and promotional material.
- Monitor social media and online trends that can influence our marketing strategies and provide insights for improvements.
- Other tasks as requested by superiors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably with a background in 4-star (or higher) hotel settings.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
