Supervise 3rd party outsourced operation team, drive operation efficiency improvement, and meet company targets and goals
• Familiar with interpreting Customs, traffic, and licensing requirements
• Resolves problems relating to transportation, logistics systems (SDC; GTM;…), imports or exports, and customer issues
• Document the procedures for logistics activities, so that will have standard process up-keep all the time.
• Maintains metrics, reports, process documentation, or customer service logs
• Collaborates with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes
• Working closely with External/ Internal cross-function or operation teams to achieve better customer experience with a continuous improvement mindset
• Enforces operational activities are compliant with various quality standards, business conduct, Import/ Export regulations, company policies
• Doing safety tests for every piece of equipment coming in.
• Contact customers to deliver/receive equipment
• Carry out the goods in and out office.
• Packing equipment for shipping.

At least 6 months of experience in the logistics field
