Job description for Junior L&D Executive - Nhân Viên Đào Tạo (Hospitality) at M Village
- Build and execute training programs for non-management and management team members for hospitality operations.
- Assess trainees’ progress and improve the program to be practical, fun, and measurable.
- Follow up and assist trainees in key milestones: post-graduation, assignment to their residence, 1-2-3 months into the job, etc.
- Inspire M Village's mission and the beauty of the hospitality industry to new joiners.
- Assist new joiners to blend in with M Village culture and operations as soon as possible.
- Having experience in hospitality operations.
- Passionate in learning activities & developing people.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide staff.
- Advanced in both English & Vietnamese.
- 13th-month salary, employee discount, and other allowances (Team bonding, birthday, marriage,...).
- Annual Leave: 12 days.
- Provide budget for Laptop purchasing.
- Social insurance: in accordance with the Social Insurance Law and Premium Health insurance.
