1. Logistics and finance support:
• Daily perform inventory management of IT equipment.
• Arrange PC delivering/receiving to/from other locations within Vietnam.
• Prepare regular inventory and consumption reports for management.
• Manage handover of IT equipment to Bosch employees and vice versa.
• Support purchasing process of IT equipment and on demand tasks.
• Process the shopping cart ordering, make Goods Receipt.
• Work with stakeholders from Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Administration departments to complete the payment process for all vendor’s invoices.
2. Administrative Assistant:
• Assist supervisor to prepare self-service user guides, instructions, manuals, knowledge articles.
• Analyse and distribute daily tasks to IT team based on the ticketing systems.
• Be the customer front facing for IT Service Management: service request, incident report, service consulting…
• Documentation support for supervisor: meeting minutes, expense reports, tasks tracking.
• Analyse reports to assist and fasten decision making in IT daily operations.
• Document local processes.
• Support HR related such as onboarding/ offboarding of team members.
3. Event Planner for IT events:
• Plan and organize internal IT department monthly activities, get together events.
• Plan, organize and run roadshows, exhibitions, and product launching events both internally and externally for IT department.
• Help users with IT related issues: installing OS, software, general computer troubleshooting
• Be able to travel to another location for support and backup when required, and to comply with the location’s working hours.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by location manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Management or related
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Personable attitude and teamwork.
• Basic knowledge with Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge about computer, installing software, driver
• Reliable, proactive, high-disciplined, patient and organized.
• Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.
• Ability to work in multi-cultural team.
