• Attending networking activities on behalf of the Firm to seek, build up Firm’s network and relationship with potential partners/clients;
• Researching and identifying new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, partnerships, and services or new ways of reaching existing markets;
• Understand the expectations of clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan to meet these;
• Coordinate closely with the Marketing team and comply with the Firm's marketing strategy to deploy Business Development activities following the Firm's marketing orientations to accurately determine clients 'actual expectations and thereby propose effective solutions for activities getting clients;
• Work closely with the Client Service team and adhere to the Firm's Client Service policy to maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained;
• Take main responsibility or coordinate with Legal Dept to check, review the legality of all service proposals, contracts, appendices, advisory letter,… before sending to clients;
• Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients;
• Follow up and track the progress of client cases;
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes;
• Organize, arrange the training for Firm’s members knowledge, technical and social skills needed to adapt client needs and enhance sales;
• Reporting on success ratio and areas needing improvements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;

• High sense of responsibility, enthusiastic, detail oriented and honest;
• Having experience in sales, marketing, or related fields;
• Understand the law in the following fields: corporate administrative, securities, real estate, banking & finance, labor, M&A, ... is an advantage;
• Proficiency in English (especially Legal English);
• Good at legal analysis and legal research skills;
• Good command of communication and presentation;
• Be able to manage work efficiently under high pressure;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• Having a long-term commitment.
