Job description for HR Generalist at Officience
- Partner with the seniors to understand talent needs and develop requirements strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Process onboarding procedures.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
- Develop and implement training programs for employee growth and development.
- Set performance goals and conduct performance reviews.
- Other admin tasks assigned by the team
- Minimum 2 year of experience in HR generalist or recruitment role.
- Good knowledge in Human Resources
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Responsible, open-minded, willing to learn new things and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in both writing and speaking in English
- French language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
