Job description for HR Admin - Recruitment (HN) at TRC JSC
- Support recruitment for important position (share JD, collect CV, summarize the information etc.)
- Direct sourcing candidate via online platform. Prepare recruitment report
- Develop recruitment method. Suggest new idea for improvement
- Engage in recruitment activities internally/externally
- Actively support collecting information/documents requested by leader/senior
- Other office admin/paper works requested by leader/senior
- English advanced level (Korean speaking is a plus)
- Graduated Bachelor degree in a related field such as Business Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management etc.
- Multitasking, communication, team work, time management skills
- Microsoft computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Points)
- Proactive attitude, willing to experience new tasks
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
