Job description for [HCM] Trade Marketing Executive at Pizza 4P's
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors' activities in Trade Marketing such as: Display, Promotional programs, sampling activities, events at point of sale.
- Manage customer data, implement sales support activities to increase display market share and revenue at point of sale.
- Plan and implement Trade Marketing programs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis within the managed area.
- Collaborate with Marketing to brainstorm ideas and design POSM display items for different periods/points of sale.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to find suppliers for manufacturing display items: Standee, wobbler, hanger, sale materials, leaflets, signage...
- Recruit, manage, and train PGs (Promotion Girls) and Market Audit staff to implement activities: (Collaborate with HR for recruitment)
- PGs: Sampling, Event support to sell out at point of sale.
- Audit staff: Control market prices, Trade programs, evaluate displays for stores, shops, and business activities.
- Report market insights and propose market support solutions.
- Manage and report progress of implementation of items: POSM, budget... - Execute other tasks assigned by Department Head
- College/Bachelor in Marketing/Business Management
- Experience in Trade & Marketing
- 2+ years of experience in Modern Trade sales
- Skills in budget management, market analysis, and competitor analysis to win at point of sale.
- Planning and implementing market support activities: Events, Activations, Direct Marketing, and store support activities such as: display, rewards, promotions...
- Creative, insightful, flexible, and proactive in work.
- Ability to work in teams towards common goals.
