Job description for [HCM] Talent Development Lead at Pizza 4P's
Pizza 4Ps is looking for a skilled Talent Development Lead who plays the role as a pillar of our Learning & Development Team in leading Talent Development initiatives and delivering WOW services to 4P’s partners (4P’s colleagues). Working directly with the Head of L&D at Pizza 4Ps you will grow yourself and your skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
360-Degree Feedback
Implement, and manage the current 360-degree feedback process to gather comprehensive insights into employee performance and development areas.
Analyze feedback data and provide actionable recommendations for individual and team development.
Personal Development Plans (PDP)
Collaborate with department heads and employees to create effective and tailored Personal Development Plans aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor and track the progress of PDPs, providing guidance and support to employees as needed.
Succession Planning
Lead and facilitate succession planning initiatives to identify and develop high-potential talent within the organization.
Work closely with department heads to create talent pipelines and ensure a smooth transition of key roles.
Performance Management
Collaborate with HR and management teams to align talent development initiatives with the overall performance management system.
Provide support in the identification and development of high-performing individuals.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect and analyze talent development metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement
Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in talent development.
Continuously assess and enhance talent development processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
REQUIREMENTS:

Solid foundational knowledge and skills in people development
Proven experience in talent development, including 360-degree feedback, PDP, and succession planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Certification in relevant talent development programs is desirable.
Preferable experienced in retail, hospitality, F&B
