Job description for General Admin (Fresher) at TRC JSC
- Support for Office’s employee claim, and business trip claim.
- Monthly payment to vendor (collect invoice, raise approval, submit document to FI PIC)
- Control the company seal using
- Retrieving documents upon request.
- Assisting with both internal and external audits.
- Ensuring documentation integrity.
- Controlling access to documents.
- Proofreading documents upon request.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
- Bachelor's Degree (fresh graduate is accepted)
