Job description for Frappe Framework/ERPNext Developer at Kegmil
- Develop and customize ERP applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into system functionalities.
- Create and modify DocTypes, Reports, and Modules within ERPNext.
- Implement and manage API integrations with third-party services.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot applications to resolve issues.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the Frappe and ERPNext communities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and MariaDB.
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell scripting.
- Previous experience in developing ERP solutions for specific industries.
- Certification in ERPNext Developer Training is a plus.
- Work with experienced & strong technical veterans (software architects with 10+ years of experience).
