ChicnChill is one of our successful brands. We are looking for passionate individuals to join us as a Customer Service Representative Intern to support delivering the best experiences to our valued customers.
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, concerns, and orders in our ecommerce company. Additionally, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
- Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding product information, order status, shipping details, and returns/exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
2. Order Processing and Fulfillment:
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our ecommerce platform.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Monitor order fulfillment process to prevent errors and delays, taking proactive measures to resolve any issues that arise.
- Manage inventory levels and update product availability in the system as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors and carriers to optimize shipping methods and costs while meeting delivery deadlines.
- Conduct regular quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and presentation standards.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments such as product development and marketing to address recurring issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
- 4th-year students or freshers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (especially in English), with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support peak seasons and meet customer needs.
