Job description for CUSTOMER SERVICE/PLAYERS SUPPORT (GAME) at Hopper Studio
- Receive information and answer players' questions;
- Solve problems that players encounter during the game experience via network channels;
- Create/open and manage community;
- Create and report customer related issues and manage the history;
- Collaborate with the 3rd parties;
- Graduated from universities that require Math, Statistical probability, Logic Skill or other relevant majors;
- Love playing games and have a wide range of experience in different game genres;
- Knowledge about the mobile game market, game trending;
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills (Vietnamese and English);
- Good at computer literacy, familiar with MS Office Suite;
