Job description for CUSTOMER SERVICE (ENGLISH LINE) - GOJEK PROJECT at Công Ty Cổ Phần Bellsystem24 Việt Nam
- To assist Gojek’s customers (end-users) via non-call and call channels.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information and solutions by using the right methods/tools.
- Go to the extra mile to engage customers.
- Work with Customer Service Teamleader to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Having at least 6 monthes experiencing in contact center or customer service is a huge plus.
- Being good at English speaking (no interuption, clear pronunciation) and writing is required.
- Salary: 10,000,000 VND (gross) at start.

- Great opportunities to be upgraded to Teamleader or Operation member (such as Quality Assurance, Administrator) after 6 months (or sooner) hard working
